The children in our logo are more than fun cartoons. Larry and Lexi have been strategically created and personified to assist in everyday learning. Just as Peppa Pig or Bluey convey messages to children, Larry and Lexi are influential role models that children love learning from and engaging with. Of course, there is no substitute for physical, human role models — that’s where our outstanding early learning Educators come in — but Larry and Lexi are here to support children in a unique and different way.

Larry and Lexi are influential in our journey towards inspiring children to love learning. These carefully thought-out characters do more than simply add a sense of play and imagination. They go a step further, providing familiarity and grounding for children at all our daycare centres.
On your child’s first day with us, they’ll receive a special Larry or Lexi sticker to help them feel welcomed, loved, and to start building their sense of belonging. Larry and Lexi are used throughout our curriculum as teaching tools, motivating role models, and empathy dolls. This might look a puppet show to reinforce the importance of sharing, or, if your child is having a tricky drop off, Larry or Lexi are there to cuddle.
Before your child starts at our childcare centre, you might like to tell them about Larry and Lexi. This will help them settle in when they arrive, because they’ll already have a sense of excitement and familiarly about their new friends.
